Model for acid dose optimisation

This acid dosage modelling tool uses an advanced machine learning algorithm to identify the ideal acid dose parameters for various types of processed rock. Originally developed for use in the copper leaching process due to the economic importance of controlling acid consumption, the technology can analyse the chemical composition of rock and identify the optimal parameters for acid dosing. The ability to control the level of acid used in this way means fewer active substances are used, leading to reduced operational costs.
